Have you guys ever checked out http://www.localhikes.com/? It's a website that lists TONS of hikes to do for your area, added by fellow hikers, and you can search by distance, if it's dog friendly, if it's an easy family hike, if it's a loop or an out & back route, etc.
There are even 6 hikes listed for Delaware :)
There are 3 for Iowa :)
There are 5 in Illinois :)
There are 88 in Utah :)
There are 154 in Colorado :)
Sadly Wisconsin is extremely underrepresented, but we loved hiking the bluffs at Devil's Lake in Baraboo when we lived there.

I will be completing my first Triathlon during this challenge, and I'm really excited about it! I've hit the wall, so to say, with my weight, and I need to make some changes! My favorite workout is Zumba, but I also love step aerobics and I want to play tennis and rollerblade when it gets warmer outside. My favorite healthy snack is Wheat Thins Fiber Selects with Laughing Cow cheese. My goal is to lose 30 pounds total, but not all in one challenge. I would like to lose at least 15 before my 10 year wedding anniversary in April! My reward will be just knowing I did it and having my husband think I'm sexy again! (and maybe a new outfit!)
