  1. I have had a digestive issue this week (going to the doctor Wednesday), so I didn't even try. I stayed exactly the same and I'm fine with that. My goal this week is to try again, write everything down, and eat lots of veggies.

  2. Good Morning Ladies!! I hope everyone had a great weekend. I am excited to report I am down 4 lbs this week!!! I hit the gym really hard last week knowing I would take it a little easier this week in preparation for race day Saturday!!! I will be more aware of my food choices this week with the workout change to make sure I am getting the best bang for my buck -- calorie buck. I am excited to hear about everyone else's success. I hope you recover from your digestive issues quickly Jen!!

  4. Hi ladies! I am so inspired by you all! I am a new (late) addition this session. I am really going to try to work out 5 days a week so hopefully by next Monday I will have something to report! If anything it will give me more energy to keep up with my crazy children! Has anyone used exercise TV? They have several free workout videos and I wondered if anyone could suggest a video they love that is offered for free? Thanks and happy exercising!

  5. Yippee, down 4 pounds!!! The ONLY reason is because I got sick this week on our trip and got "cleansed" from it. Miserable to go through, but hey here's the bright side right? ;) Ok, ok, realistically that kind of weight loss won't stay off, so my goal for this week is to keep it off! Anything more will be a miracle! :) Next few weeks will still be crazy with our move, so I'm hoping to keep this in the back of my mind somewhere! Great job Abrey! 4 pounds and no flu, that's awesome! Jen, I hope your issues get figured out quickly! Allison, nice work!!!!! I'm so proud of you guys! Anxious to hear from the rest of you!

  6. Down 3 more pounds! Whoo hooo. I'm ahead of scheudal for my goal. I set a goal to be out of the 190s by the 29th of Jan and I'm already 1 pound away. I'm hoping to lose that this week. I need to try being better on the weekends. I seem to give up friday night and cant stop eating till Monday morning. SIGH!

Fantastic weight loss for the rest of you ladies! I'm sorry you've been sick, Jen . . . I hope you get it resolved and feel better soon.

  8. You women are AMAZING!!! I feel like a proud mother of you all! 2,3,4 lbs. -- that's GREAT!!

I'm exactly the same as I was last week. -not really sure what's going on, but I rarely am. I did more running than usual last week, so maybe I can say that I've put on some muscle weight and lost some fat!? This week, my goal is to put in a bit less calories and keep up with the running I did last week. Then, hello weight loss next Monday!

  10. I lost 1 lb (maybe) I can't really tell if it is actual weight loss or just dehydration, and I do not want to invest in a more accurate scale. I expected to lose more.
The plan this week is early morning running, lots of healthy food (beans, vegetables, fruit, protein), so I don't get hungry and eat junk, drinking lots of water and lots of evening running. Or perhaps I will just exercise so much that I do not have any time left to eat and the pounds will just melt away.....

  11. I am down 2 this week. I got a free treadmill this weekend off of freecycle so I am super pumped because that means I can get more running in than I have been before as I don't have much time and can't make it to the gym some nights before they close. The hubby and I went grocery shopping this weekend and made some great choices and got out menu planned for the week. We will be making alot of recipes out of my biggest loser cook book. I am ready to challenge my excuses and make this a rockin week!!

  14. I had a gain during our week off (seems to be a pattern). My goal for last week was to have lost the gain and 2 more pounds. I lost the gain and .5 pounds. Considering I ate dinner out 2 nights last week and had pizza I'll take it.

I'm excited for the relay this weekend!!

Looking forward to a week of healthy eating and good workouts! Shooting for 3 pounds this week to get back on track with the overall goals.

    Have a great week everyone!

  15. Wow wow wow wow and wow. I am completely blown away by your successes and maintenance, ladies! The little emails streaming into my phone in my pocket all day have helped me and cheered me and made me want to cry I'm so excited for all of you! These kinds of results are MASSIVE! Wow! Welcome, Heidi :) Allison, I don't have the BL cookbook, but I know Tara and Nicki do; maybe they could give reviews? I have the Hungry Girl 200 under 200 cookbook, but have honestly not made anything out if it bc all the recipes seem really "empty" and artificial if you know what I mean. Lots of white breads, artificial sweeteners, fake substitutes. I guess I haven't gone through it enough to really knock it, though, so nevermind me:) Heidi, I don't have Exercise TV, but I think Red Hot has used Fit TV before, right? Ashley, I'm sure that's a wicked sweet workout schedule you've got planned out! Leslie, I loaned all my DVDs to Ashley and you're welcome to snag any of them from her to make working out at home during the day a little spiced up :) I am riding along in the car on our way home from a long weened at the inlaws. I was pretty good I think. My bro-in-law taught me a new shake that's now my favorite thing EVER and so I am busting to share with you all- mix about 6 ice cubes, 8 oz of OJ, and 2 scoops of whatever protein powder you like and voilĂ , 2 minutes in the magic bullet and it tastes EXACTLY like an orange julius! And I guess the carbs/sugars in the OJ is good for replenishing glycogen stores after a run. So there ya go! I know I'm having one everyday this week :) Jeanie, to be motivated through the weekend, I cheat and weigh in on Friday mornings and the loss I see is so motivating that I'm EXTRA ampped up to maintain that loss and be on my best behavior all weekend. I would caution against becoming obsessed with weighing in all the time, though :) So on Friday morning I was down 2 since Monday! I will weigh in tomorrow and see if I was able to maintain that :) Gotta get home, first!
